Bookstore Volunteer
Help run the Squamish Community Bookstore! Bookstore volunteers typically pick up one 4-hr shift a week (i.e. 10-2pm).Our goal is to have enough volunteers to keep the bookstore open 10am to 5pm, 6 days a week!

Rebuild and refurbish computers and other devices, prep used computers and parts for sale, and/or provide digital literacy support to the public.Build your own schedule!

Help make our community centre a more welcoming space, sell books for the bookstore, and support newcomers who come in with questions.
Frontdesk volunteers typically pickup one 4-hr shift a week (i.e. 1-5pm).

bring your ideas to the table! For example, last year, a volunteer started a weekly Chess Club.

Help guide the society into the future! Board members meet monthly and typically commit a minimum of 5 hours a week. We look for folks with a variety of experiences – community building, intercultural education, human resources, finances, technology, communications, governance, and more!
