It’s basic one day course offering lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home. Contact us if you are interested.

The Basic Food Safety Training course is specifically designed for those employed in the food service industry. The course teaches proper safe food handling, sanitation and safety. Contact us if you are interested.

Learn about your rights as a worker in BC and receive help in filing a complaint against your employer. Contact us if you are interested.

This session helps you to understand the Canadian tax system and informs you about the ways to minimize the taxes you currently pay. Contact us if you are interested.

This progam helps you prepare your income tax and benefit return if you have low income and a simple tax situation. You can arrange to meet with a volunteer tax preparer.  You will need to bring all your tax slips and forms with you. Contact us if you are interested.

Food Skills for Families is a hands-on program that makes healthy eating, shopping and cooking easy, quick and fun. The Canadian Diabetes Association offers this successful six session program to teach people how to make healthy meals, snacks and beverage choices and to gain confidence in the kitchen. Receive help to prepare for the Canadian Citizenship test. Learn about Canadian history, geography and the Canadian political system.This is a slow paced study group ideal for ESL learners to better understand the study material and practice the questions. Contact us if you are interested. 

Mountain bike is one of the most popular sport in Squamish. Bring your kids to learn how to keep their bikes in a good shape. They will be learning to be responsible for their bikes in order to keep them ready and safe before they go outside to have fun. They will be checking over bikes , adjusting gears and brakes, fixing a flat tire and so on.

Trees are vital. As the biggest plants on the planet, they give us oxygen, store carbon, stabilize the soil and give life to the world’s wildlife. They also provide us with the materials for tools and shelter.
This workshop will involve exploring the various tree species found in the valley in an interactive walk. We’ll talk about differences in trees and why those differences exist, the various species present, what animals use them and how we use them. We’ll also talk about the benefits the trees provide to the environment and why it is important we conserve them.
This Trees workshop is for children and their parents or caregivers.

Sing-a-long program has the goal of helping you to develop your English speaking ability by singing easy to learn songs. These are easy to learn words and help you to practice speaking by saying the words over and over in the song and having fun at the same time.
