Computer Lab 

 

Our volunteer run computer lab has high speed Internet with free public wi-fi access.   Tutoring & help with computers may be available depending on volunteers present at the time. We also occasionally offer introductory computer classes for people with little to no computer skills (please contact us if interested).

  • Computer Access: $1 / 30 min
  • Scanning:  Free with use of computer time.
  • Printing: $0.25/page + computer time.
  • Faxing: $1 per page
  • Photocopying:  $0.25/sheet

Squamish Robotics Bootcamp

This free course is an 8-week program  introducing coding, building circuits, and using a microcontroller to interact with different kinds of sensors. Classes are once a week, on Tuesday evenings from 6 to 8pm.

Start date: May 2nd, 6-8pm
Last day to apply: April 19th

Taught by Gabriel Robinson-Leith. Gabriel graduated from the Engineering Physics program at UBC in 2022. He has previously participated in electricity and circuit courses for girl guides (1-2 grades). He is currently running the SWC tech repair and computer literacy drop in sessions.
